Nunchuck Seminar at Sigma Martial Arts

12:30–1:40 PM — Single Nunchucks
1:50–3:00 PM — Double Nunchucks

Description:
During the Single Nunchuck Seminar, you’ll learn the fundamentals of how to hold, swing, strike, and catch, as well as how to put together different combinations. This session serves as an introduction to the weapon for beginners and a great opportunity for returning students to refine their skills.

The Double Nunchuck Seminar will build on everything from the single session, but with both hands active. This class will be more advanced and is recommended for students who already have a solid understanding of basic single nunchuck techniques.
Two nunchucks are required for the Double Nunchuck Seminar.

You may enroll in one or both seminars.

Pricing:
Members: $35 for one | $55 for both
Non-Members: $45 for one | $65 for both
Parent Participation: $20 for one | $30 for both

Nunchucks are sold separately. Bring your own or purchase from us for $12 each.

As always, parents are welcome to participate and train alongside their kids.
